Simply ask Copilot for Microsoft 365 to ‘Give me a recap of the meeting so far’ and catch-up without skipping a beat. Copilot is also clever enough to know if you’ve been mentioned in the meeting so far, or if the project you’re working on has come up.

BYPASS CREATIVE ROADBLOCKS IN NEW WORD DOCUMENT DRAFTING

Creativity and deadlines normally aren’t friends.

By harnessing Copilot for Microsoft 365 however, you can jumpstart your creative process and speed across the (dead)line with time to spare. When you’re staring at a blank page, all you need to do is tell Copilot about the document you’re trying to create.

Something like, ‘Write me an 800-word blog on [x topic]’ or ‘Draft a proposal for [new business partner]’ works well. You can also use the attachment icon to let Copilot access existing documents for relevant information, making the result so much richer.

But instead of sifting through endless reply mails, you can ask Copilot for Microsoft 365 to do that and save yourself hours.

Simply open the email thread you’d like to work through and click ‘Summary by Copilot’ near the top menu. Copilot will spring into action and within seconds, summarise whatever you need, surfacing the salient points. From there, you can ask Copilot to turn what it’s found into bulleted lists, email drafts and more, giving valuable time back into your workday.

FROM DOCUMENT TO POWERPOINT IN NO TIME

How many times have you wasted days transferring the vital information contained in a Word document into a presentation?

Well, prepare to get all of that time back.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 can transform existing written documents into slide decks (complete with speaker notes and sources) in seconds.

Don’t have a starting document? No problem! Copilot can start a new presentation from a simple prompt or outline you provide it with. To transform a written document, open Copilot in PowerPoint and select the prompt guide. You’ll see an option to ‘Create from a file…’. Select this option and the file you’d like to build into a deck. And hit send.

After a few moments, Copilot will generate a brand-new slideshow, complete with eye-catching imagery and colour palettes.
